Marta is 24 years old and lives in Amsterdam. She started her academic journey with getting a Bachelor's degree in Economics in Portugal. During her studies she discovered her great problem-solving skills. Following her Bachelor's degree, she worked as a commercial analyst at Lactogal in Portugal, contributing to the development of a sales-tracking app and generating reports and analysis using Excel and SAP. Already sounds a bit IT-ish doesn't it? 💻

This experience motivated her to pursue a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Market Analytics in Amsterdam, where she conducted data analytics research, including predicting electricity prices in the Netherlands, using Python. After her studies, Marta was destined to become an IT professional.

She started as an IT trainee Calco and has definitely found her mojo. Marta already acquired a certificate in SQL Foundation, PSM-1 and is currently working on attaining Java, AZ-900. 👩💻

Marta has a great IT skillset. She has knowledge of SAP, Excel, R, Python, Scrum and SQL. On top of that she is a real teamplayer, a critical thinker, very communicative and has great problem solving skills.

For Marta's next step: she is open to roles that offer a balance between technical work and interpersonal communication and have ample opportunities for development and growth.
